WHATS NEW
As of October 1, 2018 we have hired a new landscape contractor. After a bidding process we selected Garner's Northwest Landscaping. They have been in business since 1991 and currently service several other HOAs and commercial properties in our area. We are looking forward to a long and beneficial relationship. They are also offering a 10% discount to any homeowners who would like to use them as their landscape service also. You can contact them from the above link to their web site.
We recently parted ways with our landscape contractor - Yellow Rose. They apparently got in over their head and were unable to meet our expectations. They had done several projects in the past and performed very well, however they have chosen not to renew their contract.
This summer we barked many of the common areas including the park and many of the planting beds. We try to do this on a regular basis.
