The Spring, 2025 Greenwood Park Garage Sale will be held Saturday, April 26th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As we get closer to the actual date we will post reminder notices on the mailboxes as well as send an email reminder. The Fall Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 20th. These dates coincide with the garage sales of several other nearby associations.

The annual meeting of the Greenwood Park Estates Homeowners Association will be held Monday November 4th at 7:00 PM at the Hilton Lake Fire Station. All residents are encouraged to attend. We will review the past years activities, present the budget for 2025, and elect one new board member to replace the board member whose terms is expiring. 2021 Zoom Annual Meeting Announcement - Posted 11/5/2021
The 2021 Greenwood Park Estates Annual Meeting will again be conducted as a Zoom Meeting due to the ongoing pandemic. The meeting will take place November 16th at 7:00 PM and a link will be sent to all homeowners via email. If we do not have your current email, please go to the HOA Contact page and provide it for us. The complete information packet including meeting agenda, current year financials, 2022 budget, and proxy for homeowners unable to attend can be viewed and/or downloaded from this link. You can also download the minutes from the 2020 annual meeting. We will have 4 board openings beginning in January - one for a one year term to finish the term of a member who moved and three for full three year terms. We would encourage anyone who is interested in getting involved to nominate themselves or someone else for these positions. Most of our business is conducted via email and this is not a significant time commitment. Please consider volunteering.

The 2020 Greenwood Park Annual Meeting which was canceled has been rescheduled as a zoom meeting. The meeting will take place March 9th at 6:30 PM and a link will be sent to all homeowners The 2021 budget as well as the latest Profit and Loss Statement can still be viewed and downloaded from this link.

2020 Garage Sale Date Announced - Posted 09/02/2020
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we chose not to have a spring garage sale this year. After requests from several homeowners we have decided to have a fall sale. The sale is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Due to the ongoing pandemic we encourage all homeowners who wish to participate to follow current guidelines - wear masks and follow social distancing guidelines.

The Greenwood Park 2019 Annual Meeting was held November 21, 2019 at the Hilton Lake Fire Station. At the meeting two board members completed their terms and both were re-elected for a total of six on the board. The 2019 Financial Results as well as the 2020 approved budget were presented. Property Manager Change - Posted 06/01/19
As of June 1, 2019 our new property management company will be Port Gardner Property Management, Inc. They have been providing property management services in the greater Puget Sound area for more than 15 years and provide those service for several other HOAs in our area. 2019 February Snowmageddon - Posted 03/20/19
At a recent Board Meeting, the board discussed the recent significant snow events that occurred this past February. As a result of these discussions the board decided that we would attempt to take a much more proactive approach in order to get our streets cleared should a similar event occur in the future.
