2026 Greenwood Park Garage Sale Dates Announcement - Posted 12/04/25
The Spring, 2026 Greenwood Park Garage Sale will be held Saturday, April 25 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. As we get closer to the actual date we will post reminder notices on the mailboxes as well as send an email reminder. The Fall Garage Sale is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 19. These dates coincide with the garage sales of several other nearby associations.
Homeowners Association 2025 Annual Meeting - Posted 10/23/25
The annual meeting of the Greenwood Park Estates Homeowners Association will be held Wednesday Nov. 5 at 7:00 PM at the Hilton Lake Fire Station. All residents are encouraged to attend. We will review the past years activities, present the budget for 2026, and elect one new board member to replace the board member whose terms is expiring.
